COLD SHOWER

Is it just being alive that urges this rush of … what ever ?!! …happiness…weakness in your knees ..the sudden shiver …Feelings that suddenly jump out from the past with no introduction ? Must I believe it is happening ?
A past with no References! …Nothing !!!
I do feel the need for this COLD SHOWER …Help Me GO Back … But, help Me first stop the shivering .
